Word of God and through understanding brought to
us be the Holy Spirit

solace, and hope, as we proclaim God's message of
salvation for all.

Trip through our life

Past
Parker Ford Church traces its beginnings to 1808
when a group of five women organized worship services
that were held in two schoolhouses located in Linfield
and Parker Ford.  The first church building was built
in 1843 and the congregation served the Lord in that
location on Bethel Church Road for 163 years.

Present
In July 2006, Parker Ford Church moved into a new
church facility on Rinehart Road.  The new church
features a multipurpose room that is twice the size of
our former sanctuary, and numerous small group
meeting areas and classrooms are included.  The
layout of the church was designed to encourage
informal conversation and fellowship, create a
conducive setting for traditional and contemporary
worship, and provide for all aspects of church life.  A
Shared Ministry Team of four part-time pastors has
met the pastoral needs of the church since 1999.

Future
THE FULL TIME PASTOR SEARCH HAS BROUGHT
US INTO ANOTHER EXCITING CHAPTER IN OUR
CHURCH HISTORY. On August 11, 2008 Tim Doering
and Josh Bytwerk will begin their job as co-pastors
of the Parker Ford Church. Continue to pray for Tim
and Josh and their families as they prepare to move
to the Pottstown area.

For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified,
and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.
